"Both of my boys received their braces and ortho treatment from Dr. Doshi. She and her staff are wonderful people. I've had my share of medical billing issues and never, not once in nearly half a century, has ANY medical provider worked on my behalf to get billing and insurance corrected unless it was for their own greedy interests. My group insurance denied a claim for my younger son's braces. It required over a year of battles, phone calls, lawyers, and involvement with both the CA and WI commissioners of insurance. Throughout it all the caring and wonderful people in Dr. Doshi's office were patient, supporting, and unbeknownst to me, fighting on MY BEHALF behind the scenes. I really can't say enough how much this means to me. The insurance was eventually forced to pay up and Greater Madison Orthodontics belatedly received their well earned payments for covered services rendered. Good, honest, caring people providing excellent orthodontics is what you will find here."

"Dr. Doshi is amazing and all of the other staff at GMO are fantastic as well. Whether intentional or not, they take a very trauma-informed approach to orthodontics. You get a mirror to watch everything that happens in your mouth and they will talk you through everything they’re about to do before they do it if you’re nervous or scared. "When I suddenly had an orthodontic problem after 20+ years since my last need for one, I immediately began asking around for recommendations. Coworkers sent me no farther than Dr. Doshi and Greater Madison Orthodontics. I received a next-day appointment for an evaluation of my problem and an appointment the next week for the fix. The entire staff welcomed me and my kiddos (I didn't have child care that day but no problem! The staff at Greater Madison Orthodontics were so accommodating!) and I was in the chair immediately. Dr. Doshi assessed the issue, laid out a complete and thorough treatment plan and discussed other issues she noted that we could choose to address if desired. Dr Doshi communicates clearly, actively seeks your input into the treatment plan and could not be any nicer.
