everybody is so friendly. The doctor is incredibly charming. My granddaughter was very comfortable and they followed up with the dentist because the tooth needs to be pulled. All in all a great experience and I’m glad we’re with them for the duration of her brand new braces.
Both of my boys received their braces and ortho treatment from Dr. Doshi. She and her staff are wonderful people. I've had my share of medical billing issues and never, not once in nearly half a century, has ANY medical provider worked on my behalf to get billing and insurance corrected unless it was for their own greedy interests. My group insurance denied a claim for my younger son's braces. It required over a year of battles, phone calls, lawyers, and involvement with both the CA and WI commissioners of insurance. Throughout it all the caring and wonderful people in Dr. Doshi's office were patient, supporting, and unbeknownst to me, fighting on MY BEHALF behind the scenes. I really can't say enough how much this means to me. The insurance was eventually forced to pay up and Greater Madison Orthodontics belatedly received their well earned payments for covered services rendered. Good, honest, caring people providing excellent orthodontics is what you will find here.
Dr. Doshi and her team are absolutely amazing. They are kind, attentive, positive, and experts in their field! I have a daughter with sensory sensitivities and Dr. Doshi and staff have adapted her treatment plan to fit her specific needs while making her comfortable, supporting her, and also getting the job done! She’s received an expander, molds, pictures, x-rays, and full set of braces, adjustments, and retainers. The team has been with her, supporting her every step of the way, and she now has such a beautiful smile.
