When I noticed my child needed braces, I went for a consult with every orthodontic practice on the west side of Madison. I chose Greater Madison Orthodontics. The consultation was just wonderful. The process was explained to me in full and I left feeling completely confident in this team.

I knew I made the correct choice at the very first appointment. My child did not like the impressions being taken. The assistants were so wonderful talking her through it, holding her hand, counting down. Anything and everything to make her more comfortable. The staff is just wonderful. They are all very friendly and great at explaining everything they are doing. The Dental Assistants continue to be awesome, they are just the best. Always a smile and a genuine concern for their patients. They are wonderful educators on care of braces. These ladies are amazing, they work, tie & apply treatment so well. Doctor Doshi is just as wonderful as her assistants. They are very caring, creative and just great at what they do. Always a smile and every question you may have is answered. My child has received 5 star care at Greater Madison Orthodontics. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to my family and friends. My child was having discomfort with an appliance on the 4th of July. No problem! We had an awesome assistant meet us to take care of the problem, on a holiday. Client service doesn’t get any better than that. I love knowing that I can call a team member anytime for assistance.

It has been a little over a year since we started the process and my child’s teeth are looking fantastic. I cannot wait to see the final result!
